Mentions estate of Clooncrippa and acknowledges he received £50 in enclosing letter. Also includes a document in which Thomas Ryan of Montreal Canada, appoints Robert Sanders of Sanders Park in Co. Cork, to be his lawful attorney and estate agent for the lands in the barony of Connelloe [Connello] Co. Limerick.
