Bound together by page which states “Ryan Est legal letters.” Writes about rents due to Thomas Ryan and the death of Thomas Ryan on 25 May 1889. Mentions estate of Clooncrippa and acknowledges he received £50 in enclosing letter. Also includes a document in which Thomas Ryan of Montreal Canada, appoints Robert Sanders of Sanders Park in Co. Cork, to be his lawful attorney and estate agent for the lands in the barony of Connelloe [Connello] Co. Limerick.
