Accounts of half yearly rents collected on the Duras estate for John Wilson Lynch, by land agents John Brady, 10 The Crescent, Limerick, Edward Kendall, Kendall and Hazell, Tally Ho, Athenry, Co Galway, and A W Hazell, Prospect, Athenry, Co. Galway. Columns include denominations, gale day, tenants' names, rent due, income tax and poor law rate allowed, sum received and arrears outstanding on the account. Some of the rentals also include the cash account of disbursements made by the agent. There are a number of gaps in the series. A rental for the half year ending 1 November 1894 is bound with a Belvoir rental [see LE6/B/28]. Also two bound volumes of rent accounts, one compiled by John Wilson Lynch for his solicitors in connection with the fixing of rents under the Land Act 1881. [See LE6/B/28-30 and B/39].
