Includes survey of the lands surrendered by tenants of Woodquay, the Bittern Pasture lately held by Thomas Rielly, the Derryroo Tillage land at Coolbally, Dursien between M Higgin's garden and the ditch, Mark Donelan's holding and the Dentroe Pasture at Coolbally. Total valuation comes to £51.2.36V£. Note at end states that the amount due Byrne, £1.18.9, was settled out of the November rents.
