Receipt of James Byrne, Surveyor, to Dermot O'Conor Donelan, for a number of surveys carried out by him during 1849. Includes survey of the lands surrendered by tenants of Woodquay, the Bittern Pasture lately held by Thomas Rielly, the Derryroo Tillage land at Coolbally, Dursien between M Higgin's garden and the ditch, Mark Donelan's holding and the Dentroe Pasture at Coolbally. Total valuation comes to £51.2.36V£. Note at end states that the amount due Byrne, £1.18.9, was settled out of the November rents.
