Conveyance of 128 acres of Brackloon and assignment of a yearly tenancy of 12 acres of Brackloon and 162 acres of Attimonmore South and Laragh, barony of Kilconnell, for the residue of the terms by which these lands were held by the Mitchell family. Margaret Mitchell, 50 Haddington R, Dublin, spinster and William Hogg, 37 Connaught St, Dublin esq (1), ‘the said’ Margaret Mitchell (2), and William Daly, Dunsandle, (3). Recites a lease relating to Brackloon, Rev Nicholas Devereux to Patrick Mitchell dated 18 Apr 1856 and the will of Patrick Mitchell (1876). His son, another Patrick Mitchell, died in 1896 leaving a wife Minnie, who died in 1900 and 3 children. These 3 children were made wards of court and after their mother’s death Margaret Mitchell became their guardian. William Daly paid £800 and £600 respectively for the lands conveyed and assigned. Charles Vesey of Dublin, barrister; (4) Thomas Ormsby Esq. and Lieut. Col. Anthony Ormsby of Ballinamore; (5) John Lord Viscount de Vesci and James Stewart of Killymoon, County Tyrone Esq.; (6) Charles Poulet Doyne of Ballymullen, Queen's County and Andrew Caldwell of Rutland Sq., Dublin, Esq. (7) Maurice Blake of Towerhill, County Mayo, Esq. The term of the conveyance is for ever in consideration of 5s. to be paid to each party by Maurice Blake. Witnesses are John Mills, Robert Simpson, Philip Doyne, Richard Clarke, Michael Malone, Edward Harman Rainsford, William Lindsey. Registry of Deeds number 706.93.483629. It quotes deeds of 25 and 26 November 1803 Trenchs to others and 3 May 1803 Ormsbys to Thomas Lindsey, deceased in 1816, and Maurice Blake. It allows for the division of lands held in common with Trench. Agreement to divide in 1816, John Roe and John Longfield land surveyors of Dublin, to effect the partition. 67 acres in Baun, 24 in Carrowdangan, 4 in Knockshanvally and 2 in Develish attached to the Ormsby estate granted by this deed to Maurice Blake [as trustee for the provisions in the deed of 3 May 1803 which was the marriage settlement of Anthony Ormsby and Rebecca Elwood.

[Gives many variations of names for all these lands]. Parties are (1) Thomas Bucknell Lindsey of Dublin, Esq., eldest son and heir of Rev. Samuel Lindsey deceased; (2) Christopher Ormsby, merchant of Dublin; (3) David Ruttledge of Dublin, Gent. Witnesses are Edward Bell and George Ellison. Includes the acknowledgement of Marcus Paterson Esq. Chief Justice of the Common Bench and allowing the deed to be enrolled.

James Daly had a life interest in the Lismore estate left to him by Anthony Daly, who died in 1810, and entailed on James Daly's sons. Recites deed of 28 Nov 1831, Dalys to Edward Livesay who became tenant to the freehold.
