Conveyance of 128 acres of Brackloon and assignment of a yearly tenancy of 12 acres of Brackloon and 162 acres of Attimonmore South and Laragh, barony of Kilconnell, for the residue of the terms by which these lands were held by the Mitchell family. Margaret Mitchell, 50 Haddington R, Dublin, spinster and William Hogg, 37 Connaught St, Dublin esq (1), ‘the said’ Margaret Mitchell (2), and William Daly, Dunsandle, (3). Recites a lease relating to Brackloon, Rev Nicholas Devereux to Patrick Mitchell dated 18 Apr 1856 and the will of Patrick Mitchell (1876). His son, another Patrick Mitchell, died in 1896 leaving a wife Minnie, who died in 1900 and 3 children. These 3 children were made wards of court and after their mother’s death Margaret Mitchell became their guardian. William Daly paid £800 and £600 respectively for the lands conveyed and assigned.
