It includes text of President Jacques Delors' speech in French, 3rd April at the closing of the seminar; text of speech "Ireland - An Island Economy", by Dr George Quigley, Ulster Bank Chair, 11/02/1992; newsletters of the European Anti-Poverty Network in English ("Network News") and French ("Nouvelles Du Réseau"), April and June 1992; guidelines for submissions to "Initiative '92" and copy of submission "A Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland", by the Standing Advisory Commission on Human Rights to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, September 1992; NICVA annual report for 1991-1992 which includes photographs of MR's visit to Belfast.
