Scope and content
File of colour photographic images taken during production of "The Lost Days of Ollie Deasy", created by Mikel Murfi with Macnas and produced at Leisureland, Galway, July 2000. Loosely based on Homer's Odyssey, The Lost Days of Ollie Deasy tells the story of Terry Deasy who embarks on an odyssey throughout rural Ireland in search of his long-lost father, Ollie, a former hurling hero who single-handedly won the All Ireland final with an incredible display of hurling in 1964.
