File of letters and Fax correspondence between Druid Theatre Company and the Sydney Festival concerning the planning and administration of the touring production of "The Leenane Trilogy". Includes fax/letters between Maurice Power, Louise Donlon and others of Druid and others such as Leo Schofield, Festival Director, Sydney; Annette Anderson, Production Co-Ordinator; Brett Sheehy, Deputy Director, Sydney Festival. Issues discussed include ground plans revisions (31 Jul); requests from Druid to finalise agreement plans and publicity 14 - (15 Jul); design constraints; plans of the York Theatre (11 Jul) Correspondence between Donlon, Schofield and Sheehy concerning a fall-out in planning of the Sydney production of the Trilogy owing to a subsequent offer of a production of "Beauty Queen" on Broadway. (1-3 Jul 1997) Correspondence through August confirms an agreement moving forward for a production by Druid in Sydney; decision the Footbridge theatre is technically suitable to host the Trilogy and further conversations concerning budget and agreement negotiations.
