Bundle of leases regarding lands in Toomevara made between George King Staunton Massy Dawson and tenants. Rent prices range from 5 shillings- £5. Tenants include John [Lubey], [Thomas Gownson], William Reardon, [Oliver Guibifee], John Donovan. Includes one draft lease from Denis Enright for a lease of 21 years with a yearly rent of £4.

Leases made between Robert [Jones] Staveley of Croydon Park Fairview Avenue Co.Dublin and tenants for lands in of Clouncrippy [Clooncrippa] Co. Limerick. Yearly rent prices vary from £5:9:2 to £24. Tenants include Micheal Reidy, Garett Long, David Regan, John Long, Edmund Riordan John Lynch, James Hannan. Includes two sets of leases for Partick Long one being for 20 acres for yearly rent of £20:1:7 made the 14 March 1840, the other for 8 acres for yearly rent of £12:10:11. All leases are set for a term of 2 lives and 21 years concurrent.

Loan agreements belonging to George King Massy Dawson. Includes a loan of £100 given to George King Massy Dawson by Daniel O’Connell for land improvements. Loan agreement between George K. Massy Dawson and William Wilkinson for the building of a farmhouse. Handwritten agreement between [Charles Givens] and George King Massy Dawson for £50 to build a dwelling in Toureen, made the 26 July [no year given].

Bundle of quit rent receipts regarding an outline of payments on properties. Includes bundle of damages receipts and illegible correspondences. Contains correspondence from the quit rent office from 19 February 1834 regarding lands in Co. Tipperary sold to William Saurin (Mark Saurin’s father) by the Earl of Carlingford. As such quit rent are payable by Mr Saurin for a parcel of lands called “Curragh being the alias name for [Ganamore],” for which quit rents are due. Includes mini ledger of yearly quit rent rates for land of [Gananmore, Geoghall and Kilparteeno.] Other names mentioned include: [Lord Roden], George King Massy Dawson, Hugh Lefroy Baker Clark, James Larkin. Miscellaneous envelope attached to bundle.
