              Handwritten memorandum of agreement between Massy Dawson of Ballinacourte and Gilbert Augustus. The landlord agrees to let Ballinacourte and gives exclusive rights of sporting for three calendar months and twenty-one days from the 25 September for £120 payable to J.A. Lumley and Co (agents of the landlord.)
