Sale of leases on the lands of Ballycushion and others in the Barony of Kilmaine. The parties are (1) Anthony Ormsby of Ballinamore, (2) Thomas Lindsey, son of Thomas Lindsey of Turin, Esq., deceased, (3) Thomas Ruttledge of Cornfield, County Mayo, Gent. Richard Blake of Carrownakelly, County Galway, leased lands to Thomas Lindsey by deed 20 April 13743 for 31 years. By deed of 8 April 1754 Thomas Lindsey leased same to Anthony Ormsby. Thomas Lindsey and Richard Blake died and by lease of 23 October 1754 Ignatius Blake, Anthony Ormsby and Croasdaile Miller, executor of the will of Thomas Lindsey agreed Anthony Ormsby hold leases as held by Thomas Lindsey. This deed is sale of the lease to Thomas Ruttledge for the remainder of years for £200. Witnesses are Christopher Bowen and Croasdaile Miller.
