Records pertaining to residual estates and properties of members of the Berridge family (especially the children of Richard and Mary Eulalia Berridge) in the mid-to-late 20th century. Robert Lesley Berridge, the eldest son, was designated heir for the estate, while his siblings (Francis Richard Berridge, James Willcox Berridge, Anne Thomson Jenyns, and Eulalia Beatrice Berridge) were designated trustees. This necessitated a number of legal processes to settle ownership and tenancy rights over various properties and rights held by the family.
