Collection P121 - Research on the families of Michael Cusack and Margaret Woods

This research was carried out by Michael Anderson of Co. Down, who gave a talk in 2009 as part of the Down County Board 125th year anniversary celebrations of the founding of the GAA. The talk prompted questions about the Woods family of Dromore, Co. Down, who Cusack married into in 1876, and Michael and Margaret's descendents. These two folders are the research notes and materials that formed part of Michael Anderson's subsequent research.

The material was donated by its creator, Michael Anderson on 17 August 2015.

Two folders containing family history research carried out for the families of Margaret Woods of Dromore, Co. Down, and Michael Cusack. Included are census returns, baptism and marriage records, research notes, correspondence with descendants, and meticulous research notes. The folders are easily navigable, with a family tree at the beginning of each folder, a number assigned to each descendent, and a filing system that details the information available on each individual.

The material has not been rearranged. It contains two meticulously indexed ring binders.
