Release of annuity in relation to LE40/3/99. The parties are Ann Dunbar, widow, nee Caldwell; Lieut. Col. Frederick William Trench; Lieut. Col. Anthony Ormsby. It refers to Ann Dunbar's interest in a sum of £3000 which was transferred into an annuity of £253 chargeable on lands belonging to the Trenchs by a deed of 27 Oct. 1811, Deed of 20 Nov 1817 the Trenches and others sold lands referred to in LE40/3/99 to Anthony Ormsby for ever. These lands formed part of the annuity of £253, while the later deed released them from this charge. Other parties referred to in the earlier deed were the Caldwell, Haywood, Parnell, Vesey, Stewart and Doyne families. Michael Frederick Trench's wife was Anna Helena, nee Stewart.
