It includes background information on the new scheme, transcript of the judgement by Justice Kenny on 21/06/1974, and copy of letter sent by Mary Robinson to Professor RFV Heuston, Regius Professor of Law, TCD, relating to her agreement with TCD to stay on for another year in the role, which was not to affect her appointment by the board as lecturer in European Law for the same period, 09/07/1974.
