              File of correspondence, letters and telex, between Druid Theatre and others such as Curtis Brown Ltd, discussing the production rights for a production and Irish tour of "A Touch of the Poet" by Eugene O'Neill. File includes letters from Garry Hynes to Peter Murphy, Curtis Brown, Londen seeking rights and permission to produce "A Touch of the poet in Ireland" (Aug 1984) Subsequent letters between Hynes and Murphy discuss Druid not taking on the production due to a current American production of the play. (Aug 1984 - Jan 1985) Letters between Jerome Hynes and Kim Croninger, discussing Druid's renewed plans to produce the play (26 Mar 1987) Subsequent letters, fax and telex between J. Hynes and Croninger discussing the details, rights and royalties as well as tour details of the production planned by Druid. Financial matters and costs also discussed. Includes photocopy of TS article by Michael D. Higgins T.D., entitled "The Relevance of Druid and Eugene O'Neill."
