              Druid's 35th Birthday Celebration Event. Druid’s 35th birthday celebration took a look back at some of the most memorable productions from down through the years and also presented an excerpt from Enda Walsh’s new play, "Penelope", read by the author himself. Sixteen of Ireland’s leading actors took part in celebrating the writing of eight playwrights.
              File includes letter from Mike Diskin, Theatre Manager, Town Hall Theatre, Galway, enclosing a box-office print out with details of income and sales from the event.

Keane, Lover’s Meeting by Louis D’Alton, At the Black Pig’s Dyke by Vincent Woods, The Lonesome West by Martin McDonagh, The Cripple of Inishmaan by Martin McDonagh. No files present. Includes running order of all works produced at the event as well as prompt-script with annotation from the excerpt from 'Lovers Meeting' by Louis D'Alton.
