Forum I was held 10-11 January 2001 and Forum II was held 26-27 March 2001. The documents are reports of the forum sessions which were brainstorming and planning sessions by members of Macnas, in terms of planning creative projects and parade content, themes, designs etc. for forthcoming events.

File relating to the establishment of the Macnas arts Association, details of its first meeting of its second committee (Mar 1993), and minutes of meetings of the Galway Arts, Social and Cultural Club, with minutes of meetings taken place at Fisheries Field through 1993.

Files relating to the participation and association of Macnas with the Galway [International] Arts Festival.
Files 1 and 2 include minutes and meetings of the Board of Galway [International] Arts Festival and related correspondence, with details of activities and discussions of the Board in relation to the planning and administration of the Festival for 1992 - 1994. Also includes briefing document made by the Festival and presented to Michael D. Higgins, T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture, and the Gaeltacht, 1993.
Files 3-4 include printed programmes from the Festival for years 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1997. Also includes printed programme from production by Footsbarn Theatre Company; flyers from Babóró Children's Festival (1997) and also a programme flyer from Galway Children's Arts Festival 1991.

Flyers, invitations, and programmes from Pan Pan Theatre production of Mac-Beth 7, produced at Crossover Festival, Noorderzon Theatre, Netherlands, and at Project Arts Centre, Dublin. Printed flyer from Dublin production includes a director's note and a composer's note by Gavin Quinn and Andrew Synnott respectively. Also includes a list of past Pan Pan productions, with dates, and cast and crew biographies. File also includes printed flyer and invitation from the Dublin production, as well as printed programme from the production at the Noorderzon Festival, with full festival programme details included. A season programme by Project Arts Centre also included.

[staged at the Empty Space, at SMock Alley Theatre, Dublin] Includes article "Has there ever been another play so full of strikingly memorable incidents as Macbeth?" by Anna Kamaralli. Includes images and biographies of cast members.

Printed programme from production of Richard III by William Shakespeare, produced by The Theatreworks Company in association with Second Age Theatre Company, directed by Michael Caven. First produced in 2001 this revival was a national touring production from February to March 2003 to An Grianán, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, INEC Killarney, Co. Kerry, Glór, Ennis, Co. Clare, Olympia Theatre, Dublin.
Includes directors note by Michael Caven - "Why Shakespeare is Not Relevant!".
