Solicitors, Galway, who represent the McDonagh Milling and Trading Co. Other issues discussed include terms of payment for rent by Druid, amendments to the lease. Donlon also queries a point of provision in the lease that stipulates at least four separate plays or artistic productions annually be produced at the Druid Theatre and outlines reasons (12 Oct 1998) Further correspondence between Donlon, Donagh O'Donoghue and respective legal representatives regarding discussion on points of tenancy by Druid of the theatre building, Druid's company status and other points as raised regarding drafting and finalising of tenancy/ownership of the theatre building by Druid. Other typescript documents include 'Druid History' and 'Druid on Tour' which provides a diary-like account by unnamed author of a tour of Ireland by Druid Theatre Company. Makes reference to Marie Mullen, Garry Hynes, Ray McBride and venues like Lisdoonvarna. Reference is made to tour of "The Wood of the Whispering" by M.J. Molloy. Likely from late 1970's to early 1980's.
