Personal letter from FX Martin to Mary and Nicholas Robinson wishing them a happy New Year, and making reference to their appearance on an RTÉ programme "The Achievers" the day before, as well as to the National Union of Journalists asking Mary to represent them in upholding their case in the High Court, 01/01/1989.

The pencil drawing included NR, FXM, Donal Barrington [SC], Liam Hamilton, Peter Addyman, Director of York Viking Excavations and Dr Hendrick Jansen, Director of the Svendborg Museum, Denmark. APS was another expert witness at the case.

A Cover page lists out four parts: (1) "1977-1978 AG (FXM) v Dublin Corporation + Ors 1977 No 5919 P (1)", (2) "1979-1984 AG (FXM) v Dublin Corporation + Ors 1979 No 133P", (3) "FXM v Ireland 8569/79" and (4) John Paul v FXM + Ors", and includes photocopies of letters from International academics and experts to Taoiseach Jack Lynch 1979, reports, indices of various books of appeals and pleadings, copies of affidavits and handwritten case notes.
