File 5 includes correspondence between Carolyn Swift, John Small of White's Hotel, Barry Cassin (Eblana Theatre, producer of the entertainment at White's), Southeast Tourism body, all discussing the drafting, writing, content and production of the entertainment, the costs and fees involved, casting and auditions, and general discussion around the script and production of the piece, 1972 - 1978. File 1 includes layout and floor plans of the museum designed by event Communications Ltd. to which Swift's scripts were added to sound guides specific display cases and areas. Also scripts for guides to the collections of Waterford Treasures for adult and for children audiences.
File 2 contains further copies and some annotations to the scripts for the museum by Swift.
File 3 includes handwritten notes by Swift for Museum Treasures Museum work, letters between Swift and the Museum discussing writing and topics for the script, as well as fees and costs owed to Swift, printed brochures from the museum, press cuttings about the museum, and education guides and packs for children based on museum items.
