He grants to them that part of Silaun, commonly called Gurrane, containing 20 acres, and surrounded by William NeaFs holding, the High Road, and Loughambo. They are to hold it for the natural life of Patrick Killen, Tuam, shopkeeper, or for 32 years, at £1.6.0 per acre.
