This file concerns a two-year policy-oriented project known as the Study Group on European Citizenship, of which Mary Robinson (MR) was part and consists of material related to a series of workshops which were held jointly by the Federal Trust for Education and Research (FTER), the British Institute for International and Comparative Law (BIICL) and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London (IALS) between 1988 and 1990.
