Includes contract agreement made between Macnas and the Dublin Theatre Festival for production of An Táin at the National Stadium, Dublin. Manuscript draft and final typescript versions of project outlines, sent by Padraic Breathnach, Manager of Macnas to the Foreign entertainers tax unit with breakdown of project plans, specification, and breakdown of costs for production at the Glasgow Festival of New Irish Theatre and also at Armagh; Signed contract for production of same made between Macnas and the Belfast Festival at Queens. File also includes photocopy of press cuttings and coverage of An Táin, and also an issue of "Theatre Ireland" magazine (no. 29) with a review of the production.

File of manuscript and typescript planning notes for parade produced by Macnas in 1993/1994. Includes lists of characters, floats and elements of the parade, lists of costumes and props, lists of participants and roles, details of materials needed and other such information regarding the planning and production of the parade. also includes photocopy extract from book entitled "Processional Images" by Tony Lewery, with drawings and information on parade float design and construction.
Also includes undated planning document "Initial Document - Now [New?] Proposal" - being a template outline for building a proposal for a new Macnas project.

File includes printed black and white and also colour photographs taken at Mac Eolas events at various schools. Those pictured include President of Ireland, Mary Robinson. Also press cuttings of coverage of the establishment of Mac Eolas and its objectives Also includes manuscript shorthand wire-bound notepad, with manuscripts relating to work of Macnas, planning of events, meeting notes, reminders etc. Possibly relates to general Macnas rather than just Mac Eolas. Also blank template participating certificate from the Macnas programme with details of tasks and activities.
