It notes denominations as well as disputed territory on the map. There is an estimated total of 67 acres. Drawn by Peter Mainery for a dispute between Anthony Connors and Michael Higgins.

Coloured inks and paper map of the lands of Thomas O'Conor Donelan held by James Sheehan in the townland of Cuilmore bear Peterswell, containing 53a. 2r. 18p. It gives the sub-tenants as Lyons, Rev. Grealy, Fenaghty and Quin. It also shows houses as well as the Post Office, barrack and school in Peterswell, as well as the newly constructed drain.
