Includes letters and ephemera from a visit to the Isle of Man in 1980 (likely to attend a wedding, invitation enclosed) but which also includes other items such as a postcard with illustrated Manx Christmas greeting with attached card of information; a printed Manx calendar for 1977 with archaeological images included; a flyer for the Manx Museum; a letter from Etienne Rynne to the Speaker, House of Keys, Government Buildings, Douglas, Isle of Man, 17 Aug 1980, stating this was Rynne's "seventh or eighth visit" to Isle of Man and arguing for saving and restoration of the Iron Market Hall on North Quay, Douglas. Also letters to Rynne from Jan [ ] discussing visit and holiday plans.
              File 2 includes assorted research notes and materials by Etienne Rynne and relating to the Isle of Man.
