              Later nineteenth century copy of extract of petition of Redmond Johyne of Cahermemoilla, County Mayo, before the Court of the Exchequer, stating that Dermot and Malachy O'COnnor borrowed £55 on security of Sellihane from him in 1691. That Dermot died in the Marshalsea in the Four Courts in 1703, and that Johyne has yet to be paid.

              Typescript copy of deed of release of mortgage between Jane Blake of Drimcong, Dermot Donelan of Sylane, and Thomas O'Conor Donelan of Sylane. It releases the Donelans from a mortgage placed on the lands by a tenant named Kilkelly. The lands are Woodquay, Poulnemal and Sylane.

He states further that Mrs. Clarke admits that the £877.2.9 referred to is held in trust and not part of the assets of John Burke.
