              File with three notebooks written by Annie Ryan, director of The Seagull, staged by Corn Exchange Theatre Company and in a version of the play by Anton Chekhov.
              Notebook 1 contains notes on rehearsals, scene by scene analysis and development, notes on characters, notes on the adaptation, sketches and drawings of set design etc.
              Notebook 2 is labelled "Rehearsal Notebook - Sept 2016" with notes and comments from daily and weekly rehearsal schedules, with notes on direction, set, props etc.
              Notebook 3, spiral bound notebook, with comments from previews and tech rehearsals, notes on characters, drawings of costumes etc. technical notes on sounds/lighting etc.

              Manuscript notebooks written by Annie Ryan during the development and rehearsal of The Misfits by Arthur Miller and reimagined for the stage by Annie Ryan, produced by The Corn Exchange Theatre Company.
              Notebook 1 has note on inside cover "The Misfits by Arthur Miller - Ideas". Includes early production ideas, scene by scene breakdown with concepts, themes and ideas, questions, workshop notes, drawings and sketches of set design etc. by Annie Ryan.
              Notebook 2 has note on inside cover of "The Misfits Rehearsal Notebook", written by Annie Ryan and includes detailed notes on rehearsal process and development of The Misfits.

              Also pencil art drawings by Vaněk depicting child-like drawings of children and families in a conflict zone; paper print-outs of colour photographs of set model-box and images used in design research;
              Drawings include pencil provisional drawing of the set; Drawing of Section Stage Right of set and stage; other stage plans and drawings of The Speckled People set and stage. A sample of costume fabric is also included.
              File also includes a prop and furniture list for the play, as well as a production schedule for its duration.

              Henderson acknowledging receipt of Brophy’s letter from the (20th/ 24th?) and instructions for Brophy to send his play to W.B. Yeats, ℅ Lady Gregory, Burren, Co. Clare. Written on Abbey Theatre stationary, Norreys Connell listed as a director of the Abbey along with Yeats and Gregory

              Says the Abbey company will be paying a visit in the week commencing August 29th. Gives the list of plays to be produced “for the first time in Cork”, as The Playboy of the Western World, The Eloquent Dempsey by William Boyle, Harvest by Robinson, Deirdre, and The Gaol Gate. Says he is anxious for the trip to be a success and hopes Brophy will do everything in his power to help. Says he was glad to hear that the Directors have accepted another play by Brophy, and that had it been ready sooner he would have liked to see it done in Cork. On the Abbey letterhead, Lennox Robinson now listed as “manager”, also something is written and initialed by RJB about the 16th of Aug, 1910, in the top left corner.

Says she has forgotten the name of the book she mentioned in a conversation with him. Not on Abbey stationery.
