Letter from Blake and Kenny, St. Francis St., Galway, relating to the title of premises in Galway, which John Wilson Lynch was selling to Martin Hynes and which originally belonged to a Miss Anne Geoghegan. Includes copy reply letter in which John Wilson Lynch recounts his knowledge of the premises and the townland of Timadooaun, Barony of Dunmore, and refers to a deed of rent charge, which he had sent Martin Hynes (5 Apr 1899). Also note relating to the sales of Timadoonaun and Lissyegan by John Wilson Lynch in 1876-7.
