Includes copy reply letter in which John Wilson Lynch recounts his knowledge of the premises and the townland of Timadooaun, Barony of Dunmore, and refers to a deed of rent charge, which he had sent Martin Hynes (5 Apr 1899). Also note relating to the sales of Timadoonaun and Lissyegan by John Wilson Lynch in 1876-7.
