Scope and content
Letters from John Brady, agent, 10 The Crescent, Limerick and often including copies of John Wilson Lynch's replies. It is apparent from the rentals that John Brady was employed as the estate agent from 1866, however only some of his letters from the 1880s survive. These mainly concern an insurance claim for compensation for the damage to Belvoir House caused by a fire in 1881 and to the fixing and collection of rents. John Brady may possibly have emigrated when his employment terminated [see LE6/B/196].
