Bound volume containing a valuation of the estate of Sir William Leeson and others in the townland of Caherdine and nearby, Parish of Killeeneen, barony of Dunkellin, County Galway, done for Denis J. Kirwan, agent of the estate. 29 tenants are listed, giving name, map of denomination, land use, poor-law rate and valuation. The Leeson family came to own some of the Birmingham of Athenry estate through marriage. Includes petty cash account (2pp).
