Two typescript copies of draft of part letter from [Coiril Ó Mathúna] to Traolach Mac hAongusa, discussing the differences between himself and the Board of Directors. He states that the facts are as they are, but that he, as Producer, will have to account for the fact that rehearsals have not begun for a new play. He comments that if the terms of the contract are unsatisfactory that they can be changed, but that an inspector from the Department of the Gaeltacht will be visiting shortly, and that things would have to be in order by then [in Irish].

Part of Landed Estates

Draft of statement to the Court of the Land Commission by John Wilson Lynch, written on headed paper from Hotel D'Angleterre, Rome. With regard to the farm at Ballycullen, he emphasises it was a grass farm for which an ordinary receipt instead of a grazing receipt was given, and this was taken advantage of to bring it into the Land Court.
