Report authored by Markus Casey for Sheila Kelly. Casey was commissioned to inspect a site just south of the town of Craughwell where Kelly proposed to build a house and associated septic services. Casey found a well-preserved fulacht fiadh (Bronze Age cooking place) as well as a levelled platform that may be the remains of a levelled ringfort.

Casey found no clear evidence of archaeological sites that would be disturbed by the development. The document has been heavily water damaged which has caused some ink to leach and distort photographs in the report, although the text remains legible.
