Includes typed carbon copies (two) of the script as well as final broadcast script which includes handwritten notes by Swift, such as cast listing and broadcast date on front cover. Also on front cover are press cuttings of broadcast notice on RTÉ radio for the play as well as a short press overview.
file also includes four typed copies of earlier draft of the play with a different title: "Jingle For a Two-Sided Triangle". These scripts contain some minor handwritten edits by Swift.

Typed script (two copies) of "The First of the Irish Players" written by Carolyn Swift and being "the story of the Fay brothers, Willie and Frank, founders of the Irish National Theatre" - the Abbey Theatre, and depicts their lives. Includes copy of the script submitted by Swift with cover letter in 1987 and also handwritten notes and research for the play. Final script broadcast on 23 Mar 1988 as part of Treasure House series - Dublin Millenium Series, RTÉ Radio.
