Deed of agreement between Robuck Lynch of Corrundolly, Co. Galway, Bart, and Dame Catherin Lynch alias Blake his wife, only daughter to Henry Blake of Lehensy, Co. Mayo, esq., deceased, Thomas Martin of Coole, Co. Galway and Ellis his wife, second daughter of the Said Sir Robuck and Dame Catherin, of the first part, and Thomas Martin, Doctor of Phisick and Anthony Browne of Galway, merchant, of the second part. Certain interests in the will of Henry Blake (father of Catherine) dated 3 March 1703, based on lands in the barony of Dunmore. The various bonds are settled on their daughter Ellis and her husband Thomas Martin.

Deed of agreement between Sir Henry Lynch of Castlecarra and Dame Mary Lynch, otherwise French, otherwise Moore, his wife on the first part, and Robert Lynch Blosse, their son and heir. Robert, on his marriage to Elizabeth Barker paid off all debts end encumbrances of Sir Henry, and secured £6000 for the settlement of the younger children of Sir Henry and Mary. It notes the settlement of a considerable English estate on Elizabeth, and the settlement of part of the estate of the late Col. Garret Moore on his sister Mary. It sets out annual payments to Sir Henry and Mary, as well and their other children, and the demise of the estate on their death.

Myles Staunton of Mountjoy Sq, Dublin (3), trustee to whom the lands were granted as security. William Edward Hughes gave £2,000 to James Daly. Tilly and Manders, 21 Upper Merrion St, solicitors.

Deed of appointment and release (No 11), Denis Lord Dunsandle (1), Representative Church Body (2), Thomas Greene, 52 St Stephen’s Green East, and John Maunsell, 18 St Stephen’s Green North, Dublin (3). Recites a number of deeds and records that £10,000 of a mortgage of £100,000 held on the Daly estates by the RCB since 1871, was repaid on 29 June 1885 and a further £10,000 was to be paid by this deed. This deed appoints a sum of £2,000 to be paid out of the rents and profits of the estates on 4 May each year for the rest of Denis Lord Dunsandle’s life, towards the discharge of the £80,000. Lord Dunsandle is released from the terms for repayment of the £100,000 as stated in the deed of 4 Aug 1871. Includes a schedule referred to in the deed, mainly relating to the Co Tipperary estate. Deed of appointment (No 75) of £9,000 under settlement of 1780, charged on Dunsandle estate only, William Wynne of Dublin, esq (1), Lady Henrietta Daly, widow (2), James Daly of Dunsandle and Denis St G Daly, his eldest son (3) and William Humphreys of Ballyhaise House, Co Cavan, esq (4). Lady Henrietta appointed William Wynne to raise a loan of £9,000 Irish for her. By her marriage settlement she had power to raise £10,000. £1,000 had been raised by a mortgage to Gregory Cuffe, which was repaid, this is the rest of the £9,000. The Cuffe deed is recited. Includes a schedule of the first 6 encumbrances on the estate. Gray and MacDougall, Harcourt St, solicitors.

Mayo, gent., of the first part; Hyacinth Darcy of Kiltullagh, Co. Galway, Esq., and John Darcy of the same, gent., second son of the said Hyacinth, Jane Darcy aUas Lynch his wife, eldest daughter of the said Sir Robuck and Dame Catherine, of the second part, and Thomas Martin of Coole, Co. Galway, gent., Anthony Browne of the town of Galway, merchant, Patrick Darcy of Gurteen, Co. Mayo, Esq., and Nicholas Darcy of the City of Dublin, Esq. of the third part. It recounts Sir Henry Lynch’s settlement on his younger children dated 17 July 1684 and the settlement of Henry Blake on his daughter Catherine dated 3 Mar 1703. Hyacinth Darcy demises his lands in Connemara to his son John and his wife Jane (eldest daughter of Robuck and Catherine). The lands are put under the control of the trustees of Robuck and Caterine and Hyacinth to meet the charge on the estate.
