Gives the details of the marriage settlement between Thomas O'Conor Donelan and Elizabeth Burke in 1851, under which the lands of Bushfield, otherwise Gortneskehy, would be used by Thomas O'Conor Donelan during his life and then revert to the heirs of William Joseph Burke. Under the Encumbered Estates Court the lands were demised onto the heirs of Marcia Burke by Thomas O'Conor Donelan.

Deed making tenant to the precipe (No 16), John Irving, Francis Baring, Nathan Mayer Rothschild, and others of the Alliance Co, London (1), James Daly and his eldest son Denis St G Daly (2) Edward Livesay, Dublin (3) and Richard Livesay, Mountjoy Sq, Co Dublin (4). Recites marriage settlement of March 1808 and deeds of lease and release dated 5 and 6 April 1831, whereby James Daly mortgaged his estates to Irving and others for £42,000. By this deed the freehold of the estates was vested in Edward Livesay so that 2 'common recoveries of the lands may be perfected', Denis St G Daly having reached 21 years of age. Only signed by James and Denis St G Daly. Livesay, solicitor.
