Draft of deed of lease between Thomas O'Conor Donelan of Sylane of the first part, his wife Elizabeth of the second part, and William Joseph Burke of Ower of the third part. Gives the details of the marriage settlement between Thomas O'Conor Donelan and Elizabeth Burke in 1851, under which the lands of Bushfield, otherwise Gortneskehy, would be used by Thomas O'Conor Donelan during his life and then revert to the heirs of William Joseph Burke. Under the Encumbered Estates Court the lands were demised onto the heirs of Marcia Burke by Thomas O'Conor Donelan.

Recites marriage settlement of March 1808 and deeds of lease and release dated 5 and 6 April 1831, whereby James Daly mortgaged his estates to Irving and others for £42,000. By this deed the freehold of the estates was vested in Edward Livesay so that 2 'common recoveries of the lands may be perfected', Denis St G Daly having reached 21 years of age. Deed of agreement between Richard fitzJames Skeet of Galway and Walter and Henry Perrell, sons and co-heirs of Edmund Perrell of Island Eddy (in Galway Bay). It recounts an agreement of Richard’s father and Edmund Perrell dated 24 Mar 1513. Walter and Henry are to hold and occupy the island from Richard, for 12 marks per annum.
