This deed states that all the lands except 'Cloursleigh' [Cloonreleagh] have been sold, Anna V Foster and John Wilson Lynch are both dead and as George SL Staunton wishes to retire, it appoints new trustees. Includes a schedule which shows how the profits from the sale of the land is to be invested. 124 acres of Cloonreleagh, held in fee simple, were not sold. Also a note on the cover states that this document was exhibit A referred to in the affidavit of William Wilson Lynch, sworn on 9 Apr 1927, concerning the estate of Lieut Col Charles Grattan Bellew, Co Galway.
