Congratulating Tim on 'Stones of Aran: Pilgrimage', A later letter from Ethna, on Michael's behalf seeks Tim's advice on publishing through Lilliput. A copy of Máiréad's response (on Tim's behalf) offering details of their contract with Lilliput and some advice on the publishing market in Ireland and the UK (September 1987). Correspondence in 1989 flats the idea of a film profile of Tim Robinson as a person with "an ecological way of life".

Correspondence with Comdr M C Walsh, Director of Operations at Ordnance Survey (1992) concerning a sample map of Tralee, and requesting feedback, which is included. The map "is a digital product where all map detail is stored in a computer environment". A response from Robinson who does not find the design pleasant, and offers feedback.

Major H Denison for the Colonel for C[ivil] R[oad] E[ngineering], Dublin Castle, acknowledging receipt of his letter and stating that there has been no change in the War Department's decision of 1881, that they bore no liability for the repiar of the road to Aughinish Tower, Co Galway. Includes copy reply letter from John Wilson Lynch, Hotel Sonnenberg, Seelisberg, Canton Ure, Suisse [Switzerland] expressing his regret that the War Department will not maintain the road and adding that as he declined to buy the tower in 1881, should an accident occur the responsibility will devolve on the War Department, asking them to reconsider the matter.
