Document is undated but has a stamp from the head office dated 7 April 1885. Agreement between Jeremiah Britt to take lands held by the late James Callaghan for £1:1shilling consented by George King Massy Dawson. Private agreement between tenants John and Catherine Hickey to give their son Patrick part of their lands in Cappauniack. Upon their death Patrick shall inherit the rest of their lands and the family house.
