[Archivist's note: Gordon Wilson, a draper from Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, survived the IRA bombing at Enniskillen, 08/11/1987, but lost his daughter, Marie, who died from her injuries. He became known internationally as a peace campaigner. He died in June 1995].

Letter to Tim and Máiréad from [Andy] of Anderson Publications (5 Dec 1988), personal letter, and gives advice on the Mac SE.

Correspondence between Tim and Finlay MacLeod, relating to Acair. (13 Jun 1989 - 20 Oct 1989). Relates to his assembly of an exhibition and book entitled 'Togail Tir/Marking Time', on the mapping of the Western Isles, and requesting permission to refer to some of Tim's work. Subsequent correspondence refers to the work.

Letter to Tim from Veronique Alexandre (3 January 1991) complimenting him on Stones of Aran, and how it reminded her of Hugo's 'Les Travailleurs de la Mer', and a copy of Tim's reply (28 January 1991) thanking her for her kind letter. A letter from Veronique (9 November 1995) inviting him to speak at Caen University the following year.

Handwritten letter to Tim from Alan [ ] (17 January 1993) seeking information on Irish Heath and plants.

Copy letter from Tim to Gillon Aitken, undated, seeking advice on an unpublished collection of short fictional pieces. Reply from Aitken of Aitken and Stone Ltd, London (17 November 1997). He is impressed by the work, though "in some cases not particularly accessible". Copy of Tim's reply (1 December 1997) thanking him.

Copy letter from Tim to Amazon.com enclosing a catalogue of his books and maps (27 June 1998).

Copy letter from Tim to Laurie Allen, enclosing a section of 'Stones of Aran' for 'An Seól Mór'. 5 August 1999. A handwritten address is attached.
