Record of judgement taken before Teige O’Dallie of Larahie and Andrewe Kirvan of Gallwaie, merchant, in a dispute between John Boorke of Derremclaghney, Co. Galway, Henry Lynch of Galway and George Mores of Galway, merchant concerning the right, title and interest relating to the castle and lands of Annballie in the Barony of Clare, Co. Galway as well as property in Clownebowe, Ardrigoule and Castellnecrivaghe. They decide to grant the lands to John Boorke and order that he buys out the rights of Anthonie Ormsby and pay Henry Lynch was is owed to him from Ormsby. He also will buy out the interests of Henry and George from the various lands.
