Copy of will of Thomas Ruttledge of Bushfield, otherwise Creaghduff, Co Mayo, be buried in Ballinrobe, mentions his wife Elizabeth nee Fair; his son Robert and his wife Elizabeth nee Knox; William Ruttledge his godson and Thomas, sons of Thomas William Ruttledge of Cahervosty; misconduct of his daughter Arabella; marriage articles 10 Nov 1743 with his first wife Mary Redington and their children, Elizabeth married to Thomas Ormsby, Margaret deceased, wife of John Ormsby, Frances wife of Isadore Blake and Mary wife of William Bermingham, his own father Peter. One codicil in which he mentions his illegitimate children, his goddaughter Marcella Liversay, his servants and the poor housekeepers in Ballinrobe and Hollymount. Executor his son Robert. Witnesses Edmund Burton, Christopher Bowen, Anthony Gildea, John Ashe. Proved, 17 Sept 1805.

His final codicil demises his property to his sister’s son, Percy John Paley.
