Very fragile late nineteenth century copy of a decree from the late seventeen/early eighteenth century. Only fragments remain as it has suffered extensively from bookworm infestation. Only the first two pages of the commentary by [Dermot O'Conor Donelan] are legible. He wonders if the document refers to Dermot O'Conor, a captain in the Irish army of James II who left after the siege of Limerick.
Copy of deed of assignment between Michael Bourke of Rahoon Lodge, Galway, Robert Hedges Eyre of Macroom Castle, County Cork, and Robert Hedges Maunsell of Plassy, Limerick. Michael is the executor of Nicholas Bourke Edmond's will, and devolves, along with Robert Hedges Eyre, to Robert Hedges Maunsell the Meat Market with the yards at William's Gate, the dwelling houses there and down to Castle Barrack Lane now tenanted by Patrick Clogherty, as well as the ground next to the fish market and the house attached to the Arch leading to the Long Walk, currently occupied by Wallace Adams, Tide Surveyor.
Copy of deed of assignment between Robert Hedges Eyre of Macroom Castle County Cork and Michael Bourke of Rahoon Lodge, County Galway, establishing two annuities. The first is a rent charge of £50 for the live of Susanna Bourke, widow of Nicholas Bourke Edmond. The second is a rent change for Michael Bourke, her son, a minor, and his future wife. These charges are to be levied on the five properties in Castle Barrack Lane now occupied by James Frances, Thomas Burke, Michael Lally, James Finn and Patrick Cloherty.

He renounces rights to the lands of Trienbane, Wood Quay, Polnemal otherwise Poulnemal and Sylane, all in the Barony of Clane. Also Beagh, formerly held by Robert G Flynn and Beaghs, formerly held by Patrick Nolan and Robert Nally, all in the barony of Dunmore. Also the lands of Jockey Hall, otherwise Peterswell, Lycknabeg, the commonage of Lycknabeg, the lands of Bushfield, otherwise Gorthnaskelry.
Copy of document entitled statement of case between John Hearn and William Kelly in relation to a debt of £768 from the earl of Clanricarde to John – noting that he was given the lands of Tynagh in mortgage for security. It states that in 1653 Ulick, Marquis of Clanricarde, gave 300 acres of the lands in question to other people, without paying back the loan. William Kelly had gone as guarantor for the Marquis, and now John Hearne was suing William to redeem his bond.
