Copy of a conditional order for sale made by the Chancery Division of the High Courts of Justices on the petition of Alexander Somers Drake and Emily Becklia Somers Drake, otherwise Carroll, his wife, relating to the estate of Dermot O'Conor Donelan. It states that the lands for sale to pay off incumbrances include Treanbaun and Bushfield, otherwise Gortneskehy. Dermot O'Conor Donelan has to lodge an appeal within 28 days to stop the sale if he so wishes.

Grant to Denis William Daly of all the moiety to which he was entitled [attained the age of 21 on 12 Dec 1915], jointure charge of £800 on certain lands for Julia C A Daly and charge that Denis St George Daly and William A Burke hold certain lands in trust for £7,500 James H Daly entitled to. Denis William Daly released settled lands and trusts from any future claims for Crown duties. In pencil at top of the first page ‘filling page 18 of aff[idavit] abstract’.
