Material relating to Dublin City Council's engagement with the Wood Quay controversy in June/July 1979, including the new council (post-election) directing the City Manager to enquire about breaches "by the contractors of the terms of the Consent of 29th August 1978" following alleged disturbance and damage on site. Material relating to the appeal of John Paul & Co Ltd to the Supreme Court following Justice Gannon's order to discharge the injunction against the occupiers of the site (“Operation Sitric”). It includes handwritten case notes, copies of legal documents already submitted to court including affidavits, correspondence, document listing the instances of bulldozing on the site from 8th January 1979 - 25th June 1979, TC Smyth's legal opinion and extracts, a statement from the eight listed defendants on their decision to occupy the site on 1st June 1979, on 20th June 1979, copy of statement by Senator Mary Robinson "Re Archaeological Objects handed over to the National Museum" 25/06/1979, and letters to Dublin City Council relating to the Save the Wood Quay Election Committee manifesto to which they had pledged 28 June 1979.

Folder labelled "Folder 'B' Documents" including copies of documents from Supreme Court appeal January 1978, and earlier injunctions and a large envelope labelled "original exhibits" including coloured plan of site. It also includes correspondence 26/01/1978-13/06/1978 between Nicholas Robinson (NR) and various parties including J McCarthy, Chairman, the Commissioners of Public Works; Pascal Scanlan, Principal Officer, National Parks and Monuments Branch, OPW and William Dundon, Law Agent, Dublin Corporation and a Statutory Declaration of Edmond Buckmaster on 27 June 2023, that he attended the Wood Quay Site with NR on 23 June, took photographs and handed all negatives and prints to NR, and that no other copies exist.
