Letter from [Cecil George] Stapleton of E & G Stapleton, 29 Molesworth St., Dublin to William Wilson Lynch, Belvoir relating to the compiling of a schedule of tenancies and the head rent of Ballycullen. Refers to a payment of £72.12.4, the cost of an ordinance survey made in 1913 in connection with the sale and which they are now being pressed to pay. Explains that the ordinance survey was part of the work that had to be done to see the estate and offering to advance the amount until it would be more convenient for him to pay it. The schedule of tenancies has been approved by the Examiner and is being printed.

If they can get the schedule of tenancies settled and get a summons heard by the Land Judge, they might be able to negotiate with the Commissioners during the long vacation. He lists 10 tenants, stating the position in relation to queries about their holdings and asks William Wilson Lynch to get some of them to sign forms.

As all the queries except those relating to Henry Stephens and Thomas Hannan have been settled, he has made an appointment with the Examiner for the following Tuesday. He is sending William a proof copy of the schedule of tenancies and a memorandum of the evidence on which he hopes to discharge each of the queries. He asks him to send the particulars sighed by the tenants by Tuesday morning.

He thinks William Wilson Lynch must be mistaken. The figure of £16 was taken from the lease lodged with the Land Judges.
