Includes three files relating to the development, production, design, and reception of 'City'.

File 1 (c. 200pp) includes manuscript research notes on production and design, such as drawings, sketches and plans for design of the 'City' instillation; also extensive manuscript notes on A4 loose leaf pages/A4 pads with notes and outlines for the instillation. The event is described as "a live art event involving painting, theatre, sculpture, lighting and music".

File 2 (c. 100pp) includes printed invitation to the event, with printed flyer with more information on the event; printed brochure with images and text about 'City', with A4 spiral bound scrap-book entitled "Collaborative Artists' Collective - City', with printed text, information, and photographs from the instillation.

File 3: (c. 150 pp) Includes printed promotional and administrative material regarding 'City'; such as press releases, written overview and summary of the work's themes; breakdown of project materials for used for design and construction, project budget, copy of application made by Pan Pan for funding for 'City', as well as press cuttings from Irish national media of coverage of 'City'.

File 1 relates to Civic Forum. Includes document headed "Establishment of Civic Forum" outlining remit and scope of the Forum; OFMDFM document and emails with meetings/discussion on "Appointment of Chairperson for the Civic Forum-Selection Panel" (27 Jul 2000). Booklet entitled "Civic Forum for Northern Ireland - Membership Profiles" with details on organisations and individuals as part of the Civic Forum (Oct 2000).

File 2 relates to post-Good Friday Agreement talks and discussions, largely on cross-border bodies and issues within negotiations. Includes "Note for the Record" of Consultative Meeting of DFM (Seamus Mallon) and FM (David Trimble), Hugh Logue, and others, with Sinn Féin delegation, including Gerry Adams, Alex Maskey and others (16 Sep 1998) discussing terms of Agreement, such as number of departments and respective ranking, roles etc.
