Brochures, pamphlet, programmes of events and invitations to various commemorative events connected to the I.R.A. / Óglaigh na hÉireann C Company, Third Battalion, primarily from events held in 1966, fiftieth anniversary of the 1916 Rising. Later events also held by C Company in 1969 and 1973. Also includes letters between Michael Rynne and the organising committee of the said battalion group regarding arrangements for commemorative events, primarily through the 1970s. Also includes a flyer for a special event and fundraiser to lay a stone/memorial for C Company member Commdt. P. Flanagan. Programme from the commemorative events of April 1966, Dublin and also programme from the Banna Strand Good Friday programme of events, Easter 1966.
Also includes letters of confirmation of items deposited by Michael Rynne to the National Museum of Science and Art, 1977.

Seán hÓráin worked as a solicitor in Galway, and was active in An Taibhdhearc as an actor from his student days in UCG. He became producer from 1951 until his resignation in 1955 due to work pressures. He provided a measure of stability at a time when the theatre was in transition and lost some key personnel, as well as the perennial problem of finance.
